We have noticed a vast increase in enquiries for Double/ 2 Girl appointments. Please be aware that we have had to review our policy on this as these requests are coming through thick and fast for very popular combinations. Double appointments, i.e. two girls are charged at double the standard rate... i.e. £160 for 30 minutes, £220 for 45 minutes or £280 for an hour. We do on occasion run dedicated doubles days which offer discounts to clients for these types of appointments, however these rate ONLY apply to these days specifically. Please be aware that not all of our ladies accomodate from the same location, in fact many of our girls have thier own individual appartments, only a few of whom share, all accomodating from various locations accross Woking and Guildford. Many of you are making assumptions that you know where you are going and subsequently are not listening to the information we give you. Please be aware that as much as this inconvieniences you AND us we will NOT tollerate abuse or poor behavior because YOU have not listened to our instructions. We can't be held accountable if you should park in one location on the other side of town because you have made an assumption that you know where you are going, when you were infact clearly told to park elsewhere. Please, do NOT assume you know where you are going, please listen to the instructions you are given when booking, it will save both you and us a great deal of inconvenience and of course your legs from all the extra walking.

We are increasingly having a problem with pre booked appointments not confirming, or confirming only 30 minutes before the appointment is due to commence. I would kindly remind everyone to confirm ALL pre booked appointments the morning the appointment is due to commence before 10am. I’m sure you understand that the nature of life itself means that things happen and events occur in which gentlemen are unable to make appointments and naturally get side swept and forget to cancel, similarly its very easy to forget. Unlike salons, personal trainers etc. that similarly use a booking system, we do not charge for failing to arrive for an appointment, in fact it would be impossible for us to do so, all we ask is that you confirm your pre booked appointment and to do it before 10am. We do not like to call clients to chase confirmation, in fact unless we have express permission to do so, we wont, and again Im sure you understand why. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment, not ours to hold it in case you should decide to turn up. This is not a new policy, it has been in place for the entire 3 years of our existence and we do remind everyone when a booking is made that it will require confirmation. Please be aware that if you do not confirm your appointment, it WILL be cancelled and we hold no responsibility for disappointments should you not then be able to re book at the original time requested. I keep having to say it, but no one is listening :-(. Please, please, please be aware that we do not have the facility to receive text messages on our phones. Since transferring to a standard mobile service (instead of our old NGN service) a large number of people have been sending us text messages to try and book or even worse cancel appointments. We now use a telephone divert service while the phones are active, which means our receptionist does not have possession of the base handset. This may sound complicated but is absolutely necessary to allow our telephone system to work properly. What this means is that when you text our number, it is sent to the base handset and until the mobile networks come up with a system to divert text messages as well as in coming calls we do NOT receive your text messages until the phones are un diverted at the end of the day. Now this isn’t a huge problem if you’re sending a text to try and book an appointment as you will simply miss out until you pick up the phone. It is worth noting however as from the messages we get at the end of the day, it appears some of you are getting quite frustrated by the lack of response... it’s simple, pick up the phone! It does however become a problem for us, when you send us text messages to cancel your appointments. I remind you that we do not receive these messages and therefore you will be counted as a no show. I consider it quite ignorant (as would you) to book an appointment and just not turn up for it, we don’t ask much, just a simple phone call to cancel will suffice. We operate a very straight forward two hits and you’re out policy. This means that if you book an appointment and do not show up for your appointment, your card will be marked! If you should make another appointment and once again not turn up without cancelling, you will be blacklisted. This will remain the case, even if you send a text to cancel, as you really might as well not bother, we do not receive them. You book and confirm by phone, I really don’t consider it too much to ask to cancel your appointments by phone. We thank you for your co operation on this matter.
